Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities:
Support the store manager and other team membersCompletes daily store operational requirements in manager's absenceMaintains operations by enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventoriesUpdate colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues in relation to store operations and employee relationsMaintain and monitor store inventoryEnsure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customersMaintain product levels appropriatelyProcess sales when necessaryRequirements:
Prior supervisory experience preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekendsValid driver's license and reliable vehicleBasic reading, writing and accounting skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsSkills and
